Great value for money, especially considering the prices in the area. The hotel's attention to detail is impressive, with newly renovated rooms and excellent maintenance. The staff is incredibly helpful and the location is perfect, within walking distance to Ortigia and close to restaurants and entertainment. The breakfast, although mostly sweet, is fresh and not packaged.
No significant issues, all was satisfactory.

We had a fantastic stay at this B&B! The staff was incredibly helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The room was not only very nice, but also extremely comfortable. We appreciated how dark it was during the night, allowing us to get a great night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, with the room being cleaned every day. The bathroom was big and new, providing a refreshing experience. Parking was also easily found in the area, making it convenient for us to explore this city. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's location, as it was within a walkable distance of the main attractions, taking us only about 10-15 minutes to reach them. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, especially the very good coffee served. This hotel definitely provided excellent value for the price!

This hotel is great value for money. The rooms are clean, cosy, and well-equipped. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that your stay is comfortable. I particularly liked the attention to detail, such as the air conditioning and WiFi in the rooms. The breakfast buffet is a nice touch, offering a variety of choices to start your day.
No negative aspects, everything was just fine.

Clean and welcoming the room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained with all the facilities we needed. the staff were friendly and always happy to help. the breakfast was delicious and provided a good range of sweet options. the location was excellent as it was close to the main attractions.
Parking and noise Unfortunately, parking wasn't provided on the premises, and finding a parking spot on the street was a bit of a challenge. we experienced some noise disturbance, including cars and scooters passing by.

I had a really good stay at this hotel in Syracuse. the value for money was excellent, especially considering the prices of other nearby accommodations. Secondly, the staff were very attentive and provided great service throughout my stay. I also appreciated the location, which was close to restaurants and entertainment options, making it easy to explore the city. Lastly, the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities I needed. this hotel exceeded my expectations.
All aspects of my stay were great.

The accommodation was clean and cozy for our New Year's stay. The staff was very helpful and always available. The location was great, just a short walk from many local attractions and restaurants. We also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and the fact that the parking was easy to find.
The breakfast was limited, and the noise from the nearby street made it difficult to sleep at times.

The staff struggled with communicating in English which made requesting any information quite challenging.
